A free B2B lead generation workshop, once a month.

In this 45-minute B2B lead generation workshop you build your first guest list live. Bring your ICP and deal size, and leave with a starting list and the criteria to grow it.

run_of_show · 45 min

Five blocks. Minute by minute.

Same structure every month. One block runs deeper each session: guest criteria (block 02) in October, invitation copy (block 04) in November, season planning (block 01, the number) in December.

  1. 00:00 → 05:00 · the number

    Work back from your target

A quarterly pipeline target and your ACV in. Invitations per week out, using sample conversion rates.

  2. 05:00 → 15:00 · criteria

Turn the ICP into guest criteria

Five filters: title, stage, funding, niche, trigger event. A persona paragraph becomes something you can search.

  3. 15:00 → 25:00 · the first 50

    Start the first 50 names

We source one attendee's list on screen, sorted by trigger event. You build yours alongside in the list tracker.

  4. 25:00 → 35:00 · the invitation

    Draft invitation #1

Four lines under the host's name: who the show is for, why them now, what it takes, one ask. Written live, then cut.

  5. 35:00 → 45:00 · open floor

    Your list, reviewed

Paste criteria or names in the chat. We review as many as the clock allows and answer the rest in the replay notes.

prep · about 10 minutes

Bring two inputs. Leave with a plan.

No slides and no homework beyond this. The prep worksheet in your calendar invite has a box for each.

[01]required

Your ICP

One line: title, company stage, segment. Rough is fine. Block 2 sharpens it.

[02]required

Your ACV

Average first-year contract value. It sets how many guests you need a quarter. The method fits from $15k up; under $5k the math rarely closes.

[03]optional

Three buyers you'd want to meet

Names or titles. One could become the live example in block 3.

[04]optional

Your last five closed deals

No ICP written down? Bring these instead. We derive criteria from what already closed.

who runs it

Run by the people who do it daily.

Two roles from the production team behind every client show. One runs the math and the copy, the other builds lists on screen.

Guest criteria from a loose ICP

  • Write criteria as five filters, not a persona paragraph.
  • A trigger event makes an invitation timely. Sort the list by it.
  • Stop at 50 names. Read acceptance before building 300.
aug 13 · invitations80 live

Invitation copy, line by line

  • Line one: who the show is for. Line two: why them, and why now.
  • Say “30 minutes” and “remote” early. Time is the first objection.
  • No calendar link in email one. One ask only.
sep 10 · the number92 live

Working back from a target

  • Start from the quarterly target. $400k at a $40k ACV is 10 opportunities.
  • Walk each rate backwards: 30 recorded guests, 132 acceptances, about 388 invitations.
  • Divide by 13 weeks. Thirty invitations a week is the number to plan around.

faq

Three questions, every month.

Program, pricing and fit questions are in the full FAQ.

Is it free, and is it recorded?

Free, and recorded. Every registrant gets the replay, the invitation drafted live and the notes within 48 hours, including anyone who couldn't join live.

Will you pitch us?

No sales segment. Forty-five minutes on one part of the method. If you'd rather we run the whole engine afterwards, check your fit or apply.

What if our ICP isn't written down?

Bring your last five closed deals. Block 2 works backwards from them: who signed, what stage the company was at, and what changed just before they bought.

Forty-five minutes. One list started.

Free, live, recorded. Then run the list yourself with the playbook, or apply and we run the engine with your host from day 1.
