Whether the math works
At a $40,000 ACV, 2.1 closed deals a year cover a year of Engine ($82,800). At $15,000 it takes 5.5, which is where we draw the line.
Sixteen questions, about four minutes. A producer replies within one business day. If there's a fit, you get a 30-minute call and, within 72 hours of it, a guest forecast for your market. If there isn't, you get the reason.

We count the people holding those titles in your market before the fit call. A $400k quarter needs about 388 invitations on default rates.
A seed-stage CTO and a bank's head of payments accept invitations at different rates. We forecast each stage and market separately instead of using one blended 34%.
Engine runs about 24 a week; the $400k sample takes about 30. If your SDRs already email these titles, we drop those accounts from the guest list and size the weekly volume from what's left. Invitations run from separate domains, so the two never share a sender reputation.
Each recording takes 30 minutes of host time. About 2 hours a week, briefs included, supports 8–10 recorded guests a month on Engine.
Budget bands map to Pilot ($3,900), Engine ($6,900) and Network ($11,500) a month. Your start window sets the rest: invitations live on day 18, first pipeline review on day 60.
Run the model on your own numbers, or send the form and a producer runs it on your market.
About the application itself. Everything about the program is in the full FAQ.
No. The application, fit call and forecast are free, and the forecast is yours to keep. If you sign, Pilot, Engine and Network start with a 3-month term, then run month to month with 30 days notice.
Six numbers: guests needed vs. how many your market holds, acceptance for your stage and market, invitations a week, recorded guests a month, break-even deals at your ACV, and the tier with its start dates. Plus a quarterly pipeline range and the show angle we'd test first.
We say so in the first reply, with the reason. Rather run it in-house? The Launch Sprint ($4,500, 14 days) builds the system for your team. Already publish a show? Host Coaching ($1,800 / month) may fit. Proposed pricing
Counting from kickoff: invitations live on day 18, first recordings around day 25, first pipeline review on day 60. If this quarter's host slots are taken, the forecast names the next open date.
ACV, buyer, host time, sales handoff, market size and patience. About two minutes, and you know where you stand. Already sure? The form takes about four.
