One founder’s GTM, rebuilt live.
Pipeline Live is our own show. Each episode, three operators take one founder’s go-to-market and rebuild it on air: the target list, the invitation angle and the show concept. Forty-five minutes. The founder leaves with the plan. Everyone watching sees the method.
Example episode console: a 45-minute run of show in six segments, played back at speed.
B2B go-to-market strategy, rebuilt on air.
Pipeline Live is a 45-minute show where three operators rework one founder's B2B go-to-market strategy live: the target list, the invitation angle and the show concept.
Three chairs. One founder.
Every chair has one job and one deliverable. Nobody pitches. The founder answers and pushes back; the chairs build.
The featured founder
Brings three numbers: ACV, where last quarter’s pipeline came from, and the segment that won’t move.
The list builder
Usually our Head of Guest Research. Turns the ICP into a guest list on screen: title, stage, one trigger event.
The invitation writer
A working outbound operator, different every episode. Writes two invitations live. The chat votes.
The show producer
Usually our Executive Producer. Names the show, picks the format, adapts the five qualifying questions.
45 minutes, minute by minute.
Same six segments every episode. The clock stays on screen, so nothing runs long and every segment ends with something the founder can use.
- 00:00–05:00 · the brief
Three numbers, three questions
The founder states ACV, last quarter’s pipeline sources and the segment that won’t move. Each chair gets one clarifying question. No slides.
- 05:00–15:00 · target list
From a raw pull to a guest list
Chair_01 filters a raw account pull by stage, title and one trigger event until what’s left is a list the host would want to meet.
- 15:00–25:00 · invitation angle
The invitation, written on screen
Chair_02 drafts the first invitation under the founder’s name, then a second angle. The live chat votes. The founder picks.
- 25:00–35:00 · show concept
Name, format, five questions
Chair_03 names the show, picks interview or roundtable, and rewrites the five qualifying questions for this founder’s buyers.
- 35:00–42:00 · pressure test
The founder pushes back
Why would this buyer ignore the invite? What if the first 20 decline? Audience questions come in here.
- 42:00–45:00 · handoff
The plan leaves with the founder
One document: list, invitations, show concept and the first two weeks of steps. Then the recording stops.
b: “You were the first data hire. We’re recording a series on what those first 90 days look like. Would you join us for 30 minutes?”
What the featured founder takes home.
Being featured is free. We ask for real numbers and permission to discuss them on air. You keep everything built in the 45 minutes.
The guest list
Segment definition, one trigger event and the first 50 named guests, built live from your ICP.
Two invitations
The winning invitation and the runner-up angle, written under your name and ready to send.
The show concept
Show name, format, cover-art direction and the five questions rewritten for your buyers.
Replay and clips
The full episode plus 3 clips of your segment, captioned, for your own channels.
The first two weeks
What to set up, who to invite first and which three numbers to watch: acceptance, pre-interviews booked, recordings.
No pitch attached
No sales call follows the episode. If you want us to run the plan for you, you apply like anyone else.
Upcoming seats. Past rebuilds.
Live every other Thursday, 16:00–16:45 ET, for registered viewers. The public replay and clips go out only after the founder approves them. Until then, founders are listed by stage and category only.

- B2B, with ACV of $15k or more
- A founder or exec who’ll be on camera for 45 minutes
- One specific question, not “how do we grow”
- Numbers you’re willing to discuss. Ranges are fine.

Every program starts with the same three questions: who to invite, how to ask and what show to host them on. Days 1–5 are the brief. Invitations go live on day 18. First recordings land around day 25.
