  4. day 25 · first recording

    First episode, first clips

Your partners host. Buyers are the guests.

Guests are the executives your portfolio sells to: CIOs, CFOs and heads of engineering.

// portfolio.faq

Questions from platform teams.

Same fit bar as any client: B2B, $15k+ first-year contract value, VP-level buyers. Run the fit check or read the fit FAQ.

Who pays for the pilot?

The portfolio company: $2,925 a month for 60 days, plus the standard $1,500 setup, credited if they upgrade within 90 days.

What does the firm see, and what stays private?

The benchmark report: the pilot's funnel against anonymized peers and acceptance by buyer title. Guest names, notes and CRM data stay with the founder unless they sign off.

What if the nominee isn't a fit?

You hear why after the fit call, for example a contract value under $15k or no available host. Then nominate another.

Can we run the firm-hosted show without a pilot?

Not as a first step. The pilot shows which buyer titles accept, and that sets the show's guest list.

Can more than one portfolio company join?

The 25% pilot is one company per firm. Others can start at list price, and their numbers join your roll-up.
