B2B podcast coaching for teams that run their own show.

Our B2B podcast coaching gives you two calls a month, reviews of your invitations and episodes, pre-interview scoring and a monthly benchmark report. You send, host and follow up; we tune the numbers.

// fit_check

For teams already sending.

Coaching assumes the engine exists. If it doesn't yet, start with the Launch Sprint.

Check your fit
[fit]good fit

Coaching fits if

  • You finished a Launch Sprint, or you already publish an interview show.
  • Someone in-house sends invitations and runs pre-interviews, ~25 hrs / week.
  • Your host records ~2 hrs / week and wants honest notes on each conversation.
  • You sell B2B at $15k+ ACV and track guests through to opportunities.
  • You want outside benchmarks while the work stays in-house.
[no_fit]not a fit

Skip it if

  • There's no show and no sprint yet. Start with the sprint.
  • Nobody can own sending and follow-up. Podcast Pipeline does it for you.
  • You want a guaranteed recorded-guest count. That comes with Podcast Pipeline only.
  • The goal is downloads or audience growth.
  • You sell B2C, or your ACV is under $5k.

Six things, every month.

Coaching runs on your numbers. Call 1 opens last month's benchmark report. Call 2 works through your latest episodes.

[01]2 × / month

Coaching calls

Two calls a month with your host and operator. Targeting, format, follow-up: we work on whatever the numbers say is weakest.

in: last month's data → out: fix list
[02]review

Invitation + episode review

Line edits on live sequences and reply handling. Episode notes: where the guest named a priority, a pain or a decision-maker, and where the follow-up question was missed.

in: copy + episodes → out: edits + notes
[03]scoring

Pre-interview scoring review

We re-score a sample of your pre-interviews against the sheet, so drift gets caught before your host spends 30 minutes on the wrong guest.

in: scored calls → out: calibrated sheet
[04]templates

Episode-to-deal follow-up templates

What to send after the recording, on the day it airs and when a clip ships. Each one built around the follow-up the host offered on the record.

Async Slack

A shared channel for what can't wait two weeks: a guest reply you're unsure about, a copy tweak, a borderline score.

// monthly_cadence

Four weeks. One rhythm.

Same cadence every month, so each fix runs a full cycle before we judge it.

  1. week 1 · call_01

Read the report, set the month

Host and operator walk through last month's numbers with us. We agree targets for invites, acceptances and recorded guests, and pick the fixes to test.

  2. week 2 · reviews

    Invitations and scores

Line edits on live sequences and reply handling. A sample of pre-interviews re-scored against the sheet.

  3. week 3 · call_02

    Episodes and follow-up

Episode notes land first. The second call goes through them with your host and checks which guests got the follow-up promised on the record.

  4. week 4 · report

    Benchmark report ships

Your funnel against program benchmarks, follow-up templates refreshed, next month's fix list drafted.

  5. all month · slack

    Async in between

Questions go to the shared channel instead of waiting for the next call.

Coached through a seven-week raise.

A pre-seed AI founder built the show with a Launch Sprint, then ran it with Host Coaching while the round was open.

Three questions.

1 · do you already run an interview show?
2 · who does the weekly research, invites and editing?
3 · do you need a contracted recorded-guest target?

Host Coaching

Your show is live and your team does the weekly work. We coach the numbers.

// faq · host_coaching

What coaching covers, and what it doesn't.

For teams running the show themselves.

Do we need the Launch Sprint first?

Only if you don't have a show. If you already publish one, we start from it. If it's built for audience rather than buyers, we'll likely suggest a second, buyer-focused format beside it. One exception: if you don't yet send from separate domains and warmed mailboxes, the Launch Sprint sets them up in 14 days, with warm-up running to day 17.

Do you send invitations for us?

No. Your team sends from your own mailboxes, under your host's name. We review the copy and the numbers. If you want us to run sending, that's Podcast Pipeline.

What's in the monthly benchmark report?

Your funnel from invited to accepted, qualified, recorded and opportunity, next to program benchmarks (sample data: 30–40% acceptance, about 1 in 3 recorded guests becoming an opportunity), plus one recommended fix per stage.

How much time does coaching take?

Two calls a month for host and operator. The running is the real time: roughly 25 hours a week across research, invitations, producing and editing, plus about two hours of hosting.

Is there a Guest Guarantee?

No. The Guest Guarantee is part of Podcast Pipeline from month 2, because there we run the sending. With coaching, your team does. How the guarantee works.

Keep your show. Fix the numbers.

Apply with your current funnel. Rough numbers are fine. The first call tells you which stage to fix first.
