Launch Sprint · one-time build

Built in 14 days.
Run by your team.

We build the guest engine: show concept, a 300-name guest list, three invitation sequences, 30 warming mailboxes and the pre-interview scoring sheet. On day 14 your operator takes the keys. You pay once and own every piece.

A B2B podcast launch service, built in 14 days.

This B2B podcast launch service builds your show concept, a 300-name guest list, three invitation sequences and 30 warming mailboxes. Your team runs it from there, and you own every asset.

// fit_check

For teams that run it themselves.

The sprint hands you the system. Someone on your side runs it every week after day 14.

Check your fit
[fit]good fit

Take the sprint if

  • You sell B2B at $15k+ ACV to VPs, founders or partners.
  • Your host can give ~2 hrs / week to recording.
  • Someone in-house can own ~25 hrs / week of research, invitations, producing and editing.
  • You want the domains, mailboxes and list in your name.
  • You're raising and would rather host investors than pitch them.
[no_fit]not a fit

Skip it if

  • Nobody can run it after handover. Podcast Pipeline runs it for you.
  • You sell B2C, or your ACV is under $5k.
  • The goal is downloads or audience growth.
  • Your host won't be on mic or camera.
  • You need a contracted recorded-guest number. Only Podcast Pipeline carries the Guest Guarantee.

// faq · launch_sprint

Before you buy the build.

For teams building in-house.

Couldn't our SDR team run this after handover?

They can. The sprint is built for that handoff. Budget roughly 25 hours a week across research, invitations, producing and editing, plus about two hours of host time.

What does the ~$180 a month cover?

The mailboxes, warm-up and recording tools the show runs on. It bills to your card, so nothing lapses or needs migrating if you stop working with us.

Who owns the domains, mailboxes and guest list?

You do, from day one. Domains are registered to your company, mailboxes sit in your workspace, and the list, scripts and copy are files you keep.

Why don't invitations go out on day 14?

New mailboxes need about 12 days of warm-up before they send reliably. Yours start warming on day 6, so first invitations go out around day 18 and first recordings land around day 25. Skipping warm-up is how invitations end up in spam.

Can we move to done-for-you later?

Yes. Everything you own plugs into Podcast Pipeline: we pick up your list, mailboxes and show where your team left off. Tiers start at $3,900 a month.
